Our System
Showroom Visit: Initial
The first step is a visit to our showroom where, together, we will explore your possibilities. We'll get to know each other, and start to find out exactly what your interests and preferences are. If you've started an idea file for your project, we invite you to bring it with you. Pictures, drawings, samples, swatches - everything you have that shows your likes and dislikes is helpful. Be prepared to answer a lot of questions since this is all about your interests.
Design Retainer Review
At this step, we have mutually decided that we should continue to work together and develop a more detailed plan for your remodel project. As professionals, it's time to review our design retainer agreement with you and obtain a small retainer to cover a portion of our time and expertise that we will be spending on your project. We have a two tier retainer system which our customers feel is very fair, and keeps the initial costs low. The entire retainer amount received is directly deducted from the cabinetry investment.
Home Visit and Measure
At this stage we'll come to your house to measure your kitchen and get a feel for your style as well as the surrounding areas of the project. Often we can tell right away if your ideas will work or not, and we may also make some design suggestions.
Showroom Visit: Design and Investment Review
After our visit to your home, we'll get to work on your design and required investment. Our expertise will show through as soon as you see what we've designed for you. Our state of the art 3D rendering software enables us to give you a real sense of what your new kitchen or bath is going to be like. Your excitement level will soar as you start envisioning family get togethers and parties soon to come.
Agreement
Once we've finalized your designs and investment amount we will present our remodel agreement to you. This agreement covers all aspects of the project with drawings, materials, schedules, warranties - everything, clearly spelled out so that everyone involved is comfortable. This helps ensure we'll have a smooth running project.
Construction
At Kitchen Galleria we have the best construction team around, period. Our projects are professionally run and it shows in the results. From permits, to demolition, to the final details, you and your home will be treated with respect and you will enjoy quality workmanship. We don't take shortcuts or the easy way out. We do it right and we get it done. Kitchen Galleria's reputation is built on that fact.
Completion in Weeks
Everyone has heard horror stories about kitchen remodel projects gone bad and taking six months or more to complete. We guarantee you have never heard that about a Kitchen Galleria project. It just doesn't happen. On an average project our homeowners are happily using their new kitchen in six to seven weeks from the time we start the project. Our timing is weeks, other companies are months. Some projects may take a bit longer, some a bit less but in general we know it is not easy for you to live without your kitchen so we get you back in and using your new kitchen in record time.
